Fredag igen och full fart i MIK-hallen med sign-in träningar och motionsspel på alla banor! Dags att förbereda för en välförtjänt helg och samtidigt blicka fram mot kommande vecka, med följande aktiviteter. Skulle ett tillfälle vara fullbokat går det alltid att ställa sig i kö och få notis via e-post/SMS vid eventuellt återbud.
