U14 REGIONAL

13-14 years

 

Competition group U14 is divided into three different categories, regional, national and international. This group is for players who have a clear competitive interest and regularly compete at regional level. 

 

For games at this level there are these criteria:

-Attitude/attitude

-Learning ability/Maturity

- Ability to work together

-Spontaneous play/self-training

-To play at least 10 competitions per year

-Follow the club's expectations of players for this category. 

 

Work goals for players:

-To strengthen stroke and movement in technique and motor skills

-To develop high intensity in matches/training

-To learn to feel safe with routines and in match situations

-Learn to play singles and doubles matches

-To develop one's joy of playing

-Developing a gaming identity 

-To develop and strengthen physical capacity through exercise 

 

The club offers players:

-3 sessions of tennis per week. For players who show great interest and commitment to training and other activities, more hours are offered to match the player's motivation.  

-To offer weekend and holiday training in some cases

-To offer quality training at a subsidized price

-To help with general training and competition programs

- To keep up with match coverage at selected competitions

-To offer physical training

Guidelines on players:

- To be a good role model for the club's other juniors and members

-To be representative at training/competition and wear club clothes

-Having high attendance at training. 

- To take care of your own tennis equipment

- Arriving on time for training and managing prepared warm-up programs

- To carry out the prescribed physical program and stretching after training

-To stand up for the club at events

-To represent/prioritize the club in league matches and club matches within the framework of age and criteria

 

Guidelines for parents:

- To be good ambassadors for the club

-To show up at club events

-Leaving the tennis training for the children to responsible coaches

-Participating in the club's parent training sessions

-Take part and follow the club's guidelines for "tennis parents"

Term fees

1 hour/week SEK 2650

2 hours/week SEK 4550

3 hours/week SEK 5150

4 hours/week SEK 6050

5 hours/week SEK 6,700

6+ hours/week SEK 8,000

Please note that physical training is an integral part of the activity and counts as one hour of training per week. If you practice tennis 3 hours per week and participate in physical training, the semester fee is based on 4 hours and thus costs SEK 6,050.

U14 NATIONAL

For players in U14 national, the competition is more national. Tennis is becoming central and competition is becoming more focused. 

 

Criteria/core points for selection:

- Attitude/attitude

- Learning ability/Maturity

- Collaborative skills

- Own effort /effort 

- To play a minimum of 75 matches (singles and doubles)/year

- Development curve 

- Follow the club's expectations of players for this category. 

 

Selections are made after assessment by the coaching team where the weight of the core points will be decisive. Players can be selected during ongoing semesters with great flexibility.

 

Work goals for players:

-To strengthen stroke and movement technique /motorik 

-To develop high intensity in match/training 

-To learn to feel safe with routines and in match situations

- Developing a gaming identity 

- To develop one's joy of playing

- To develop and strengthen physical capacity through training 

 

The club offers players:

- To offer  3-6   tennis sessions per week

- To offer morning training in some cases

- To offer weekend and holiday training in some cases

- To offer quality training at a subsidized price

- To help with individual training and competition programs

- To hold ongoing development discussions

- Keeping up with match coverage at selected competitions

- To offer physical training

- Possibility to fill in current training diary 

Expectations of players:

- To be a good role model for the club's other juniors and members

-To be representative at training/competition and wear club clothes

-Having high attendance at training. 

- To take care of your own tennis equipment

- Arriving on time for training and managing prepared warm-up programs

- To carry out the prescribed physical program and stretching after training

-To stand up for the club at events

-Filling in training diary 

-To represent/prioritize the club in league matches and club matches within the framework of age and criteria

-To submit current competition planning to the coaching team before each semester/year

 

 

Expectations of parents:

- To be good ambassadors for the club

-To show up at  club arrangement

-Leaving the tennis training for the children to responsible coaches

-Participate in the club's parent training and meetings

-Private training must be approved by the coaching team

- Take part and follow the club's guidelines for "tennis parents"

U14 INTERNATIONAL

In the U14 international   the player has come so far in his development that he starts competing internationally and is relevant for association activities. 

 

Criteria/core points for selection:

-Attitude/attitude

-Maturity

- Ability to work together

-Own contribution/effort 

-To play at least 75 matches (singles and doubles) 

-Participate in international competitions

-Selected for federal activities region/svtf

-Competitive among Sweden's best juniors 

-Follow the club's expectations of players for this category. 

Selections are made after assessment by the coaching team   where the weight of the core points will be decisive. Players can be selected during ongoing semesters with great flexibility.

Work goals for players:

- To strengthen stroke and movement technique / motor skills towards elite level

-To develop high intensity in matches/training against elite level

-To learn to feel safe with routines and in match situations

-To develop one's joy of playing

-To develop a gaming identity

- To develop and strengthen physical capacity through training based on one's needs

The club offers players:

-Individually adapted amount of training per week

-Morning training

-Individual session (tennis and physical education) 1-2 players/session

-weekend and holiday training 

-10 hours to book tracks on/year 

- quality training at a subsidized price

-help with individual training and competition programs

- To hold ongoing development discussions

- To keep up with match coverage at selected competitions

- Possibility of extended program at subsidized cost 

- Possibility to fill in the current training diary

Expectations of players:

-Having high attendance at training.
